Data Controller: SIDOM Media Ltd, registered in England and Wales, operates viabilaity.com. We act as the controller of your personal data under UK GDPR.
What we collect: Business idea inputs (industry, location, budget, timeline, competition level, free-text description), transaction data (Stripe payment identifiers — we never see your card details), and technical data (IP address, browser type, page views via cookieless analytics).
Lawful bases for processing: Contract — to provide the feasibility analysis service you request. Legitimate interests — to improve the service, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Consent — for any future non-essential cookies or marketing communications (not currently active).
How long we keep it: Analysis data is retained for 12 months. Billing records for 6 years as required by UK law. Server logs for 90 days.
Sub-processors: Microsoft Azure (UK South), Stripe (payment processing), Plausible Analytics (cookieless, EU), Companies House API, postcodes.io. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Your rights under UK GDPR: Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. Email privacy@sidom.co.uk — we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Security: TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access controls.
